OUR BACKSTORY
Dad, Robert Todd Koch, began experimenting with seasonings as a teenager and it became a lifelong passion. Always tinkering with recipes and creating flavors that inspire him and his guests. Dad eventually realized his love for low and slow BBQ. He tried a variety of seasonings, but found most have too much salt. Dad craves Memphis, Texas, and Carolina style BBQ.
