Ingredients 1 lb ground beef ½ lb Italian sausage Day-old bread Half & half Garlic 1 egg Fresh parsley Grated onion Garlic powder Dad's Seasonings Italian Fresh Parmesan Sauce as preferred
Directions On the smoker at 250- 275. 45 minutes to an hour. Cool side if using a kettle charcoal. Pull when internal 160. Sauce as you like or serve as is. Delicious.
