Italian Meatball Recipe - Smoked meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef

• ½ lb Italian sausage

• Day-old bread

• Half & half

• Garlic

• 1 egg

• Fresh parsley

• Grated onion

• Garlic powder

• Dad's Seasonings Italian

• Fresh Parmesan

• Sauce as preferred

Directions

On the smoker at 250- 275. 45 minutes to an hour. Cool side if using a kettle charcoal. Pull when internal 160. Sauce as you like or serve as is. Delicious.
