BBQ Pork Egg Rolls

Items Needed:
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

  • Pimentos

  • Mayonnaise (a few spoonfuls)

  • Equal amounts pulled pork

  • Eggroll wrapper

  • Dad’s Seasonings - Sweet BBQ Rub & Classic Sazón

  • Non-stick spray or oil on a rack


Prep & Cook:
  • Mix 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese, pimentos and mayonnaise (let sit for about 1 hour).

  • Mix the pimentos cheese with BBQ pulled pork.

  • Use 1/3 cup of filling on an eggroll wrapper.

  • Wrap it well and tight to minimize leaks.

  • Makes about 10 eggrolls.

  • Cook at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.

  • Last few minutes spray the tops and sprinkle on seasoning.
